Rules of residence

  • The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 7 days before arrival
  • The guest will pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price if he cancels the reservation within 7 days before arrival
  • Payment only in cash on the spot upon boarding
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
  • Celebrations and parties are not allowed
  • Night time 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
  • Parking reserved for 1 car = 1 apartment
  • Check in from 2:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
  • Check out by 10:00 a.m.
  • Late check out €5 / 1 hour
